Shipping & Delivery Policy
We work with leading courier partners to ensure your custom fine art prints are dispatched safely and securely to your home or office.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Orders R1,000 and over: Free Courier Delivery (South Africa).
- Orders under R1,000: Flat Rate of R150 applied at checkout.
Fulfillment & Lead Times
Because every print is custom-produced to order, we ensure the highest print quality standards by maintaining the following lead times:
- Production Lead Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for custom printing on our premium museum archival papers.
- Courier Delivery: Once printing is completed, transit time via domestic courier takes an additional 2 to 4 business days.
Packaging & Care
All loose prints are handled with protective cotton gloves, rolled in acid-free tissue paper, and shipped inside robust cardboard mailing tubes to prevent any edge damage or creasing during transit. Framing is currently not provided.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because all limited-edition and open-edition fine art prints are custom-produced to order at specific size specifications, all sales are considered final.
Exchanges & Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental orders. Please review your print selections (artwork ID, size, and paper type) carefully before finalizing checkout.
Damaged in Transit
In the highly unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, we will replace your print free of charge:
- You must notify us via email at hello@rynofoto.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
- Please include clear photographs of both the damaged mailing tube and the affected print.
- Once verified, we will reprint and ship your replacement print via express courier at no additional cost.

E-commerce Sales
Our website offers loose photographic prints for purchase. We do not provide framing, mounting, or glass choices. Purchases are processed via secure domestic online card transactions (PayFast/Paystack).
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artworks, photographic imagery, graphics, text, and designs displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Johann Ryno de Wet. Purchasing a print grants you a license to display the physical print privately. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, digitally distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the print under any circumstances.
Edition Counts & Availability
Limited-edition prints are strictly capped at their designated edition run sizes (e.g. 1 of 15). Once an edition size is sold out, it will never be printed at that scale again.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and comply fully with e-commerce regulations including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa.
Information We Collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the personal details required to complete your transaction and arrange delivery:

- Billing and physical delivery address

- Phone number (for courier dispatch notices)
Data Security
All card payments are processed securely through payment processors (PayFast/Paystack). We do not store, view, or retain your credit card details or financial credentials on our servers.
